OFFICIAL STATEMENT COVID-19 CRISIS: AMENDMENT TO NEW DATES FOR PHYSICAL ADMISSION TO CAMPUS FOR SEMESTER II, ACADEMIC SESSION 2020/2021

1.    Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) had issued an official statement regarding the Students Physical Admission to Campus for Semester II, 2020/2021 on 2 February 2021 and the government’s announcement on the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) for all states except Sarawak until 18 February 2021. The university has agreed to amend the dates for the physical re-entry of students as follows:

2.    Students in Category (xi), who do not have internet access and do not have a conducive learning environment for online teaching and learning activities, can apply to return to the campus via https://forms.gle/QryLUxn2UFPADroA8 before or on 7 February 2021. Students can contact the Academic & International Affairs Department (JHEAA) at 09-424 5450 to check the application’s status to return to the campus starting from 10 February 2021.  

3.    All students categories must confirm their returns via https://community.ump.edu.my>Sistem Pulang Ke Kampus that will be open starting from 8 February 2021 to coordinate the movement. Students can download the Cross-State Authorisation Letter once they complete the date to return to the campus.

4.    For students who need further information, please call the UMP Operation Rooms at 09-549 3333 (UMP Gambang) and 09-424 6999 (UMP Pekan) for any relevant advice and procedures. Any changes are subject to the National Security Council (NSC) provisions from time to time.
