Maqasid syariah panduan dalam pengurusan OKU

Salah satu kategori ahli masyarakat yang perlu diberi perhatian dan diurus dengan kaedah yang sedikit berbeza dengan insan biasa ialah Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU). Hal ini bertujuan agar kemaslahatan golongan ini sentiasa terpelihara. Mengikut Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008, OKU termasuklah mereka yang mempunyai kekurangan jangka panjang fizikal, mental, intelektual atau deria yang apabila berinteraksi dengan pelbagai halangan, boleh menyekat penyertaan penuh dan berkesan mereka dalam masyarakat. 

UMP kampus hijau lestari sasar Agenda Global SDG

PEKAN, 2 Disember 2021 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) giat menjalankan program bertunjangkan kepada Matlamat Pembangunan Lestari atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) yang menjadi agenda global seiring dengan 17 matlamat yang perlu dicapai seperti yang diperkenalkan oleh Pertubuhan Bangsa-bangsa Bersatu (PBB) untuk semua negara menjelang 2030.

ITKAS spearheads Bera District Branding Research

BANGI, 14 October 2021 - The Institute of Civilisation and Strategic Studies (ITKAS), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), in collaboration with the Pahang State Government, will lead the Bera District Branding Research through a consultancy project under the supervision of UMP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. starting at the end of this month.

A meeting between ITKAS with representatives of the State Government, Bera District Office, Bera District Council, Pahang Cultural-Aesthete activists and UMP researchers was held recently.
