UMPSA saves up to RM600,000 a year using solar power on its assets

KUANTAN, 29 November 2023 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is now expected to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) production of its Pekan campus by 47%, equivalent to savings in electricity bills between RM400,000 and RM600,000 per year thanks to the installation of solar panels with 3.58 MWp capacity.
UMPSA, as one of the best universities in the Malaysian Technical Universities Network (MTUN), now has floating solar on the university lake equipped with a solar panel flotation system designed to withstand weather changes.

UMPSA bakal jimat sehingga RM600 ribu guna tenaga solar

KUANTAN, 29 November 2023 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) kini dijangka akan dapat mengurangkan penghasilan karbon dioksida (CO2) di dalam kampusnya di Pekan sebanyak 47 peratus bersamaan penjimatan bil elektrik antara RM400,000 sehingga RM 600,000 setahun bagi pemasangan solar 3.58MWp.

UMP meterai perjanjian SARE dengan TNB dan GSPARX

PEKAN, 15 Mac 2023 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) menandatangani perjanjian bekalan tenaga boleh diperbaharui (SARE) dengan Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) dan anak syarikat milik penuh TNB Renewables, GSPARX Sdn. Bhd. dalam majlis yang berlangsung di Dewan Bankuet UMP Pekan baru-baru ini.
