Donations help ease the burden of UMP landscaping workers

PEKAN, 16 July 2021 - The existence of the Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) campus close to the local community in Kuala Pahang benefits the community when 67 people have the opportunity to serve as professional workers for the landscape at this university.

Their job is not only to take care of the trees but also to do the work of sowing and decorating the landscape as well as ensuring a clean and beautiful campus environment.

Yayasan UMP terima infak 32,000 naskhah buku bernilai RM200,000

PEKAN, 11 Mac 2021 - Yayasan UMP menerima sumbangan infak sebanyak 32,000 naskhah buku latihan Kelas al-Quran dan Fardhu Ain (KAFA) bernilai RM200,000.00 hasil kerjasama pihak SME Corporation Malaysia dan Fateh Resources Holdings Sdn. Bhd. yang merupakan pengedar tunggal buku-buku agama KAFA serta penerbitan Syarikat Fargoes Sdn. Bhd.

UMP Volunteer Squad extends assistance

PEKAN, 22 January 2021 - Sympathise with the flood-ravaged houses and those affected by distress has prompted a total of 209 volunteers among the staff of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) to contribute to this humanitarian mission.

Skuad Sukarelawan UMP sumbang khidmat bakti

PEKAN, 22 Januari 2021 – Sedih mengenangkan rumah-rumah mangsa banjir yang teruk dilanda banjir dan simpati dengan nasib mereka yang ditimpa kesusahan telah mendorong seramai 209 sukarelawan staf Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) mendaftar secara sukarela untuk turut menyumbang bakti dalam misi kemanusiaan ini.

Kolaborasi UMP Holdings dan Yayasan UMP bantu komuniti terkesan

KUANTAN, 19 Januari 2021 - Bersimpati dengan nasib mereka yang terkesan akibat banjir, banyak pihak menghulurkan bantuan dengan memberi sumbangan pelbagai barangan keperluan untuk dimanfaatkan mangsa banjir di negeri Pahang. 

Baru-baru ini, Skuad UMP Prihatin dari Yayasan UMP dan UMP Holdings telah menyampaikan sumbangan bantuan untuk lebih 300 komuniti yang terjejas banjir di sekitar Sungai Lembing, Panching dan Paya Besar. 

52 children receive new school items

PEKAN, January 9, 2021 - “We are overwhelmed when the children have the opportunity to get new school uniforms through this donation,” said the mother of seven children, Nur Shahidah Adizan, 39 who was present with her son choosing school items in the Back to School programme in Mydin Kuantan recently.
The program was jointly organised by the UMP Women’s Association (MATAHARI), UMP Advanced Education, Centre of Industry and Community Network (ICoN) and Centre for Advanced Tropical Bioscience (Biotropic Centre).
