12 pensyarah UMP tersenarai 2% saintis terbaik dunia

KUANTAN, 28 Oktober 2021- Seramai 12 pensyarah Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) tersenarai antara dua peratus saintis terbaik di dunia dalam pelbagai bidang dan disiplin. 

Pengiktirafan ini merujuk kepada data daripada Stanford University yang berpangkalan di Amerika Syarikat baru-baru ini.

Nano-Inoculant formulation produces the best agarwood

GAMBANG, 21 October 2021 - The keen interest in the agarwood industry has sparked the idea for researchers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) to produce Nano-Inoculant to help stimulate the production of the best agarwood in a short period.

The research was conducted by the Director of the Centre for Bioaromatic Research, Associate Professor Dr. Saiful Nizam Tajuddin.

GAMBANG, 21 Oktober 2021 – Minat yang mendalam terhadap industri gaharu telah mencetuskan idea kepada penyelidik Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) untuk menghasilkan Nano-Inoculant bagi membantu merangsang penghasilan gaharu yang terbaik dalam masa yang pantas.

Penyelidikan ini telah dihasilkan oleh Pengarah Pusat Kecemerlangan Penyelidikan Bioaromatik UMP, Profesor Madya Dr. Saiful Nizam Tajuddin.

UMP researcher received CRDF2 grant of RM 1.06 million

KUANTAN, 13 September 2021 - Professor. Dr. Arun Gupta from Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, UMP received CRDF2 funding of RM 1.06 million from Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) for the commercialization of Bioactive keratin protein. 

It is the first time, a researcher from UMP has been awarded CRDF2 funding. The other members of the project are Professor Dato’ Dr. Rosli Mohd Yunus and UMPT. 

Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Sharfi invents e-Anfun, odour detection electronic device

PEKAN, 26 August 2021 - The challenge of detecting odours manually by odour experts is not a new thing.

Realising that, a researcher and senior lecturer from the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering (FTKPM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Associate Professor Dr. Muhammad Sharfi Najib, 45, has invented an odour detection device known as e-Anfun or electronic nose.
