The higher education landscape in Malaysia has undergone rapid transformation in recent years, driven by technological advancements and evolving workforce needs. To keep up with global educational trends, the Malaysian government has incorporated the concept of globalised online learning into its national agenda, as outlined in the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015-2025. 

BANGI, 21 August 2023 – A total of 14 Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) students recently participated in the Introduction to Underwater Welding Programme in Bangi, Selangor.

The programme organised by the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA) is a programme under the Ministry of Higher Education-Professional Certification (KPT-PACE).

PEKAN, 19 October 2023 - In an era where digital literacy and proficiency in online learning resources are essential, “Language Leap: Mastering English with Web Wizards” was conducted to bridge the gap and empower students to make effective use of web-based tools for language learning.

GAMBANG, 21 October 2023 – 81 international graduates from 14 countries celebrated their success in completing their studies in the 18th Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) Convocation Ceremony held on 21st to 24th November 2023 in UMPSA Gambang Campus. 
   
30 of them were Doctorate (PhD) graduates, 18 were Masters graduates and 33 were bachelors programmes graduates from various faculties and centres in UMPSA.   

GAMBANG, 18 September 2023 - Researcher and senior lecturer, Faculty of Industrial Management (FPI), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Associate Professor Dr. Lee Chia Kuang, 38, conducted a research titled ‘A New Interactive Global Certified Project Management (I-GCPM) Modular’.

I-GCPM Modular is a new interactive project management teaching modular concept that combines DEMATEL Digraph, Risk Simulator and modular training provided through an online platform.

GAMBANG, 8 November 2023 – MD-SOLARES atau dikenali sebagai Membrane Distillation Equipped With Solar Energy System adalah sistem penyulingan bermembran gabungan teknologi solar yang dihasilkan bagi menyelesaikan masalah kesukaran mendapatkan bekalan air bersih di kawasan pulau dan pedalaman. 

Produk ini juga boleh digunakan bagi rawatan sisa air buangan dari industri seperti kilang getah, kilang kelapa sawit, kilang tekstil, kilang makanan dan lain-lain. 

GAMBANG, 4 November 2023 – Program Fiesta Antarabangsa anjuran Pusat Hubungan Antarabangsa (PuHA) dengan kerjasama Pusat Bahasa Moden (PBM), Pusat Kerjasama Strategik Akademik (PKSA) dan Confucius Institut (CI) bersempena sambutan UMPSA ke-21 dan penjenamaan UMPSA baru-baru ini berjaya menghimpunkan lebih 500 pelajar antarabangsa daripada 33 buah negara yang sedang mengikuti pengajian di universiti ini dalam suasana meriah. 

Program itu telah diadakan di Dewan Astaka, UMPSA Kampus Gambang.

PEKAN, 8 November 2023 – Pensyarah Pusat Sains Matematik (PSM) Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Profesor Ts. Dr. Mohd Rashid Ab Hamid, 43 telah menghasilkan satu instrumen penilaian kepimpinan yang menggunakan penunjuk utama bersandarkan nilai teras.

GAMBANG, 30 September 2023 - A grandmother's dream came true when she got to send her grandchild to register at the University Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) as UMPSA came to her house in Sanglang, Kedah, to take them to Kuantan, Pahang.

PEKAN, 25 September 2023 - A total of 35 facilitators, including students and alumni of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), have successfully organized the Inspire@Smart Project programme to instill a sense of motivation in selected students from ten schools in the Pekan district.

The three-day programme was officiated by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs and Alumni), UMPSA, Professor Ts. Dr. Mohd. Rusllim Mohamed.
