Graduate couple share stage on convocation day

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 – “This Convocation Ceremony meant so much to me that I was able to receive this degree together with my beloved wife.

“In the beginning, we were unable to attend this ceremony together, but after having a vacancy in the first session, I was able to join my wife today,” said the graduand of the 15th Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Convocation Ceremony, Muhammad Fat-hi Aljuwaini Pahrol, 27.

Fat-hi, who was present with his wife, Nur Fatihah Abd. Nassir, said when recalling the first time he met his wife, they started to get acquainted while studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technology (FTKA).

“At that time, his wife often contacted him especially to ask about matters related to faculty associations.

“That was when we started to be friends and decided to continue this relationship until we tied the knot.

“Further, we are also already working in our respective fields and we hope to continue to succeed in achieving our ambitions,” he said.
