Pekan, 29 Mei– Sekumpulan penyelidik Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) menghasilkan produk “Sleek Pump” bagi memudahkan kepada pengusaha projek ternakan madu kelulut untuk menyedut madu dengan tidak menjejaskan kualiti madu tersebut.  

Ketua Penyelidik, Dr. Mohamad Firdaus Basrawi, 34 yang merupakan Pensyarah Fakulti Kejuruteraan Mekanikal & Pembuatan (FKMP) berkata, projek ini bermula tahun 2016 dan telah siap sepenuhnya pada tahun 2018.

Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) researcher, Associate Professor Dr. Arun Gupta from Faculty of Chemical & Natural Resources Engineering (FKKSA) led a group of researchers to commercially produce beauty care products called Keraglow, made from keratin extracted from chicken feathers.
The products included anti-aging cream, moisturiser, serum, shampoo and other hair care items.

Kuantan, 17 April- Penyelidik Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) iaitu Prof. Madya Dr Arun Gupta daripada Fakulti Kejuruteraan Kimia dan Sumber Asli (FKKSA) berjaya menghasilkan produk penjagaan kulit berjenama Keraglow seperti krim anti penuaan, pelembap, serum, syampu dan rawatan rambut daripada keratin bulu ayam.

Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Ridzuan Darun has been appointed as the new Registrar and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) for two years effective March 15, 2019.

Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Ridzuan, 45, is currently the Dean for Faculty of Industrial Management (FIM) and has vast experience in the field of management.

Concerned about the negative habit of Malaysians who love to use more-than-necessary oil when cooking – which tend to result in accumulation of saturated fat in their bodies – three researchers at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) have collaborated to produce Palm-O-Lite, a palm-oil based aerosol to be used in culinary industry to facilitate cooking while simultaneously promoting a healthy lifestyle.
