6 UMP subjects listed in QS World 2021 Ranking

PEKAN, 4 March 2021 - Six Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) subjects are listed in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2021 announced today.

Engineering and Technology’s field strengthened its position when it moved to the 358th best in the world compared to 386th in last year’s ranking, making this field the 7th best in Malaysia.

PEKAN, 4 Mac 2021 - Enam subjek Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) tersenarai dalam penarafan QS World University Rankings by Subject 2021 yang telah diumumkan pada hari ini.

Bidang Kejuruteraan dan Teknologi memperkukuhkan kedudukan apabila melonjak ke tangga 358 terbaik dunia berbanding 386 dalam penarafan tahun lalu menjadikan bidang ini berada di tangga ke-7 terbaik di Malaysia.

UMP Co-Curriculum Centre to be branded under new name

PEKAN, 22 February 2021 - The Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Co-Curriculum Centre building located at UMP Pekan is now complete and is to be branded with a new name in line with its role in the future.
To be branded as Akademi Pengurusan Adab UMP or Adab@UMP, it will operate with new methods.
This centre will offer modular co-curricular courses.
The students are advised to seize the opportunity to register for and take these courses in an open and flexible way during their studies here.

Pusat Kokurikulum UMP bakal dijenamakan dengan nama baharu

PEKAN, 22 Februari 2021 - Bangunan Pusat Kokurikulum Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) yang terletak di UMP Pekan telah siap sepenuhnya dan bakal dijenamakan dengan nama baharu selari dengan peranan pusat tersebut pada masa akan datang.

Bakal dijenamakan sebagai Akademi Pengurusan Adab UMP atau Adab@UMP, ia akan beroperasi dengan kaedah baharu.

Pusat ini akan menawarkan kursus-kursus kokurikulum secara modular.

41 SPPT courses in various fields offered to UMP students

PEKAN, 18 February 2021 - Engineering programme students are now able to master various fields by taking courses in finance, psychology, Islamic studies, logistics, languages and others offered cross-field (multidisciplinary) according to their interests and preferences.

University should always be a highly civilised place

PEKAN, 11 February 2021 - Students’ Representative Council (MPP) of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) must focus and be serious in realising the university’s aspiration as a driver and enabler of civilisation and intellectualism on campus. 
Thus, in any situation, the university should always be a place of high civilisation.
This is in line with the students’ agenda in the UMP Strategic Plan 2021-2025 (UMP25) themed ‘Achieving Glory Through Excellence’ which will be launched soon.
