“We are fine, don’t worry” - UMP students in Germany

A Business Engineering student from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Batrisyia Elena Roslan, 22, who is continuing her study in Germany since 10 September last year, along with 11 other students, is now in a safe condition.

She asked her family and friends in Malaysia not to worry because the situation in her area is still under control.

UMP's deer conceived the second fawn

The deer, known as Pekan and Chini, raised in Mini Deer Park on the campus of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in Pekan conceived their second fawn on April 22, 2020, at 7.00 am weighing 7kg after the birth of their first fawn in June last year.

Three years ago, UMP received a pair of Spotted Deer or scientifically known as Axis Axis from the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) to make the university an educational tourism hub (Edu-Tour).

Pelajar universiti di Pantai Timur balik kampung Rabu ini

Kuantan, 27 April- Dijangkakan seramai 1680 pelajar dari negeri Pahang, Kelantan dan Terengganu bakal memulakan pergerakan pulang ke kampung halaman ke destinasi di negeri di Pantai Timur secara berperingkat mulai Rabu ini melibatkan Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Awam dan Swasta, Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti. Di antara pelajar terlibat termasuklah daripada Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIAM) dan Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM).  

“Kami OK…Jangan Risau” – Pelajar UMP di Jerman

Jerman, 25 April- Pelajar Fakulti Pengurusan Industri Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Batrisyia Elena Roslan, 22, yang sedang menyambung pengajian di  Jerman sejak 10 September tahun lalu bersama 11 mahasiswa lain berada dalam keadaan selamat dan beliau meminta keluarga dan kawan-kawan di Malaysia tidak risaukannya kerana keadaan di tempat tinggalnya masih terkawal. Negara Jerman masih mencatatkan kadar jangkitan wabak COVID-19 antara lima tangga tertinggi dunia setakat ini.

UMP Foundation donates Covid-19 Aid Kit for Ramadan

Concerned for the current situation of Movement Control Order (MCO) and the forthcoming of Ramadan, UMP Foundation distributed assistance to the frontliners and the staff in need on 17 April 2020.

The donation in the form of essential food items is distributed in stages in both campuses for 200 recipients.

In less than a week, all families are certainly busy preparing to welcome Ramadan, especially the head of the family.
