MOHE's engagement programme with national representatives towards the internationalization of HEIs

KUALA LUMPUR, 5 February 2024 - The programme, involving the Minister of Higher Education (MOHE) and representatives of foreign countries, took place during the Networking Luncheon with Diplomatic Missions in Malaysia at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. 

It is an initiative of the MOHE aimed at strengthening relations between MOHE and agencies associated with foreign embassies in Malaysia.

UMPSA receives the 2023 Low Carbon City Award

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 February 2023 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) made history by receiving the 2023 Low Carbon City Award at the 2023 Malaysia Low Carbon City Award Ceremony. 

This award recognizes the continuous efforts and commitment of Local Authorities (PBT) and organizations in developing sustainable and low-carbon urban development.

UMPSA Rakan Muda Secretariat launched, KBS announced allocation of 1 Million for SRM IPT

GAMBANG, 13 February 2024 - The Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) continues to lead holistic and inclusive youth development.

The Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Hannah Yeoh today inaugurated the UMPSA Rakan Muda Secretariat which was given a new lease of life in a programme that took place at the UMPSA Gambang Campus.

The Rakan Muda initiative is now re-powered by KBS with the objective of becoming a platform for filling quality time and unifying unity.

UMPSA, Grab Malaysia sign collaboration to provide flexible education access for gig workers

PEKAN, 11 January 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and Grab Malaysia strengthened their cooperation by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today to provide access to education and training aimed at improving the academic qualifications and competence of gig workers.

This collaboration is a proactive step by UMPSA to support and enhance the capabilities of gig workers, aligning with the evolving job landscape, which is increasingly changing and challenging.
